Returns

Made-to-order flooring cannot be returned for change of mind. You may cancel within 48 hours of your order confirmation for a full refund. After that your order is with production and the deposit is held against it.

Care products and accessories may be returned unopened within 30 days at your cost. Write to hello@maisonoak.com.au with your order number before sending anything back.

Faulty goods are covered under the Australian Consumer Law and our warranty. Contact hello@maisonoak.com.au with your order number and photos. Report concealed transit damage within 48 hours of delivery. Boards installed with visible defects are accepted as delivered, so inspect every pack before laying.
