Delivery

Flooring travels on a pallet. Melbourne, Brisbane and Gold Coast metro delivery is $250 per pallet, shown at checkout and charged with the balance before dispatch. Most orders are one pallet. Everywhere else, including regional Victoria and Queensland, is quoted for your address before you order, so you know the delivery cost before any deposit is taken. Adhesive ordered with a floor travels on the same pallet.

Delivery is kerbside by tail-lift truck. The driver does not carry packs inside. Someone must be present to sign, and a truck needs to be able to stop at the kerb.

Inspect the pallet before signing and note any damage on the delivery docket. Report concealed damage, shortages or wrong items to hello@maisonoak.com.au with photos within 48 hours.

Let the packs acclimatise on site, unopened, before laying. Your installer should test subfloor moisture first.

Free samples are posted within two business days. Care products are posted Australia-wide for $15, added at checkout. Care products ordered with a floor travel on the pallet.
