Expert Installation
From subfloor to finished surface.
A floor is only as good as its installation. Maison Oak provides a complete installation service — from initial site assessment through to final inspection and handover.
Our accredited installers specialise in engineered European oak across all three formats: plank, herringbone, and chevron. Whether your project is a single room or a 500m² residence, the standard of workmanship is the same.
If you are using your own installer, we provide detailed installation specifications and are available for technical support throughout the process.

Our Process
Four steps to a finished floor.
Every installation follows a structured process designed to deliver a flawless result. Here is what to expect.
Site Assessment
We assess your subfloor conditions, measure the space, and confirm the specification. This includes moisture testing, flatness checks, and verifying compatibility with underfloor heating if applicable.
Material Selection
Choose your tone, format, and width. We recommend ordering a sample kit to evaluate colour in your space before committing. Once confirmed, we schedule delivery to align with your build timeline.
Professional Installation
Our accredited installers handle the full installation — subfloor preparation, adhesive application, and laying in your chosen pattern. We work with your builder to schedule around other trades.
Handover and Aftercare
After installation, we inspect the completed floor with you, provide care instructions, and supply your maintenance kit. Your Maison Oak floor is covered by a lifetime structural warranty.

Installation Methods
The right method for your subfloor.
Full-Spread Adhesive
The recommended method for all Maison Oak floors. Provides the best acoustic performance, dimensional stability, and is required over underfloor heating. Uses flexible MS polymer adhesive rated for engineered timber.
Floating Installation
Suitable for plank format over concrete or timber subfloors where adhesive is not practical. Not recommended over underfloor heating or for herringbone and chevron patterns.
Secret Nail
For timber subfloors and battens. Nails are concealed through the tongue of each board. Suitable for plank format only.
